Terms &
Conditions
At Verdant Logos, we believe in clear roots and clean boundaries. This document outlines the legal framework that governs our vertical gardening services, installations, and philosophical consultations.
Last Updated: 14th December 2023. By accessing our site or booking a consultation, you're agreeing to the terms laid out below.
Service Agreement
When you engage Verdant Logos for a design or installation, you aren't just buying plants; you're entering a collaborative contract for the life of your living wall. We provide the expertise, and you provide the environment.
How do we ensure success? It starts with the site survey. Our team requires full access to water and electrical points as specified in your design brief. If these aren't ready upon our arrival, we'll have to reschedule, and a relocation fee will apply. We don't like hidden costs, so we're telling you upfront.
Maintenance is a non-negotiable part of our primary installation warranty. Without a signed maintenance contract, the 12-month plant health guarantee is void. Plants are living things, and they don't thrive on neglect. Would you expect a garden to grow in a vacuum? Neither do we.
01. Design rights
All CAD drawings and philosophical horticultural plans remain the intellectual property of Verdant Logos.
02. Payment
A 50% deposit is required for materials before any installation commences at 872 Bedford Avenue or elsewhere.
03. Liability
We aren't liable for water damage if the local drainage system fails to meet the specs we provided during design.
04. Termination
Ongoing maintenance contracts require 30 days written notice to the email address info@sensiflex.info.
Consultations & Philosophy
Philosophical consultations are billed per session. While we strive to provide life-altering green perspectives, we don't guarantee specific emotional outcomes. Nature is a teacher, but the student must be willing to listen. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged at 100% of the session fee.
// TODO: Add specific clause for international horticultural export laws if we expand beyond NY.
